Glenlakes Golf Club Packages

Glenlakes Golf Club, the 27-hole, Scottish-style links course that is part of the Gulf Shores Golf Association, has launched a greens re-surfacing project designed to enhance conditions at the course.

Work on the greens at the Vista and Dunes layouts began this week and will continue until an anticipated August re-opening. The nine-hole Lakes Course will remain open during the re-surfacing program, as will the expansive practice facility, full-service pro shop, dining room, lounge and banquet facility.

"We're excited that this project will further improve the overall experience at Glenlakes," said Duncan Millar, Golf Gulf Shores Executive Director. "This underscores the commitment all nine of our golf courses have made to ensure top-notch conditions and service for members and visitors."

Glenlakes is a Devlin-Von Hagge design that is regarded as one of the premier courses on the Gulf Coast. The club is known for its strategic mounding, extensive bunkering and undulating fairways and greens and is part of the Gulf Shores Golf Association, a partnership of golf courses and accommodations partners along Alabama's 32 miles of pristine shoreline.

Summer stay-and-play packages to Glenlakes and the region's other eight golf courses start at $77 per golfer per night through August 7, including:
